...I was welcoming my 2nd baby girl into the world.
...Matt and I gave her back to the Lord and dedicated her life to Him.

She was a curious two year old who was in to everything...
Once, during a 20 minute naptime she used an entire tub of
vasaline to style her hair) and ripped off the cute border I had on the walls of her room...impressive!!
TODAY...
H Elizabeth is FIVE years old!! She is such a sweetheart and we can't imagine our family without her. Her smile and laugh are contageous. This past summer she prayed and asked Jesus to be the Lord of her life. We know she has a very basic understanding of what Christ has done on her behalf and we are excited about her faith in Him!! She is VERY excited to join L at School next year. She has grown into her role as BIG sister this past year and has enjoyed being the oldest while L is away at school for the day (ie. bossing her little brother around). Bunnie is celebrating with us today and we are having a little party at our house. We wish everyone could be here to celebrate with us, BUT because you can't I'll eat a piece of CAKE for you!!
Lord, Thank you for entrusting us with your child. It's been amazing to watch her grow (both spiritually and physically). She brings so much joy to our home and reminds us to slow down and enjoy everything you've blessed us with.
I sure miss these kiddos!
